Our initial call is 3 hours, to allow us to go into every single part of the chart, and go in depth in any area that deeply wants our attention. there will be a mini integration embodiment break, with a opening and closing ritual to really create a sacred space to enter and learn and embody your design!
This retreat also includes a flow up call for up to an hour, where you get to check in with what is feeling easier, questions you may have, and where anything might feel sticky. This follow up will be more coaching and guidance, so you feel prepared to fully embody and live by your design in a way that feels good and empowering to YOU!
